In certain circumstances, your order of Avalanche software may require us to ship Compact Discs, Media Kits or other products to you.
For shipping within Australia the cost of shipping is included in the cost of your purchase. For shipping to New Zealand and other international destinations, commercially reasonable shipping fees may be charged as negotiated with Avalanche.
Avalanche endeavours to maintain sufficient stock of all our physical products to deliver our products within the time frames outlined below. In circumstances where no stock is currently available, Avalanche undertakes to take all steps to arrange delivery to you as soon as possible and to keep you informed of the progress of your delivery.
In most cases, orders received before 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be shipped by close of business on that working day. Avalanche strives to ensure all our clients receive physical goods within 3 working days within Australia and 5 working days for deliveries to outside Australia of placing their order.
