Payment Terms

Unless otherwise negotiated with an Avalanche Customer Service Representative, the payment terms for Avalanche software sales are payment before delivery. All transactions are effected in Australian dollars.

Ways to Purchase

There are a number of ways in which you can purchase our software and services. 

Order & Payment Online using Credit Card

The easiest way to purchase our software is online utilising our online payment services.  For this you will need a credit card.  We accept Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.    Once the payment has been authorised we will forward licence numbers to you by email.

Our online payment service uses 128 bit encryption and is fully secured.

Order and Payment by Telephone using Credit Card

This option is available for those who despite our secure payment service are hesitant to transmit their credit card details via the internet.  Our staff are always happy to assist.

Order and Payment by Fax using Credit Card

Please ensure that full contact details accompany the fax.

Payment by Cheque / Money Order

Alternatively, should you wish we are able to accept payment by cheques and money order. Please forward your order form with appropriate payment.   Licence codes will be forwarded to you once cheques have been cleared by our bank.

Cheques, money orders and order forms should be forwarded to our office, with clear details of your firm, contact name, email address and telephone contact details.
